Acne is a problem that you need to take seriously. Why? Acne can deform your face, depending on the grade of acne you may be suffering with. I struggle with moderate to severe acne, which means I get pustules and papules during a breakout and they are very painful. But the worst part is, that it get my self-esteem low, since I think people are looking at my bumps in my face, than to me.
If you see below, this is my face with acne and you can also see how it had deformed my face. Some of you, may be suffering from Cystic acne and probably my acne is nothing next to yours, but I understand the feeling of hating to see yourself at the mirror and looking at those bumps on your face and wishing you can photoshop them to make them disappear, as it can be done on the computer. Aren't you? Or am I wrong?
But don't stress out, acne can be under control. Now that my acne is under control, I even sometimes go to the streets without make-up and it's a good feeling, a good feeling you can have also. If you have a medical plan, use it. Seek professional help, if you see your acne can't be under control with over-the-counter products after 12 weeks of use. Remember, acne gets worse when you start using any type of medication (except of Aczone) so keep doing the routine for 12 weeks. If you see no change at all or it's not working, then go seek for help, maybe your acne needs to be taken care by a Dermatologist.
I'm guessing everyone should have a plan here in the USA, since now is a requirement, so take benefit of it and use it. The dermatologist will let you know what type of acne you suffer with and which routine of medications you should use, for you to get a healthy skin. Acne can be fought and maintained under control.
On this blog, I want to let you know, that you are not alone. There are millions, including you and mysel who suffers from acne and I'm sure together, we can have healthy skin and shine from who we are!!

As someone who has struggled with acne since a teenager, and still has acne in their mid-20s, I've tried everything. Dermalmd Blemish serum is really making a difference. I use one pump in the morning and one pump at night on the bottom half of my face where I have acne, after washing and moisturizing my face. It has cleared up my skin significantly without drying out my skin. I would highly recommend dermalmd to anyone with acne and dry skin. I don't think I will go back to anything else, it is that good.
